I had a contest this month where people were asked to share their Valentine’s Day memories. I thought I would share some of them with you.

~ My boyfriend came back from overseas
~ My engagement ring – 40 years ago
~ My first grandson was born
~ A dancing flower
~ A red rose inside a violin case…he was a Symphony conductor
~ A high school boyfriend giving me a Valentine in each class
~ The paper Valentines from when we were kids in elementary school. Wish we still got those.
~ Being with my healthy husband after his life saving bone marrow transplant
~ Dad’s last dance with Mom
~ Hubby writing my name in Hershey kisses on the bed

And my picks for best Valentine memory…
~ 3 years ago when my sister awakened from an 11 month coma
~ A wind chime to remember my husband by. 2 1/2 weeks later he passed away with cancer. The chimes are his music.
