SWH Chief Of Staff

118

As a teenager, I worked to save enough money to purchase an untrained horse that everyone warned me was “too dangerous.” Through a steady training approach, I earned his trust, and we went on to compete at the National level.

Leadership is no different. You don't overpower potential or force it to your will.

  • You build trust.
  • You create stability.
  • You stay steady when others flinch.

Every system I build, and every team I guide, is grounded in those same principles, because calm creates capability.

How I Lead

Integrity

I surface friction before it becomes a fracture.

Compassion

I build systems that work for the humans inside the org charts.

Humility

I care more about outcomes than recognition.

The Fractional Who What When Where Why How Gal

Execution is not accidental.
It's designed.

My EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) assessment reflects how I am wired:
Visionary - 56
Integrator - 89

As a fractional Chief of Staff / Operations Leader, I serve founder-led businesses where leadership is drowning in survival mode instead of thriving through growth mode.

As a fractional leader, I bring you the full knowledge, wisdom, and experience of my career for a fraction of the time generally invested by a full-time, permanent employee.

My work converts your vision into executable integration, bringing calm structure to organizations growing faster than their systems.

That means I have enough imagination to see the world, the work, as it could be. I enjoy diving into the creative pools and dreaming with you. I can see the shadowed forest and imagine it kinder, wiser, and more organized.

I need more than dreams, and to succeed, so do you!

My strongest inclination is to figure out how to achieve your vision. I look deep into the forest and analyze the trees. Then, I translate ideas and strategic priorities into disciplined execution by rolling up my sleeves and getting to work.

It's all very much like writing a book. I start with a big idea and then arrange the pieces so the story unfolds in a meaningful way. One chapter, one scene, at a time, I answer the question: How does this move the plot forward?

So if your team is growing, revenue's rising, complexity is multiplying, and you feel like the bottleneck in progress... Well, that's where I step in.

Measured Results

Steady leadership builds steady companies, and sustainable growth happens when systems are clear, ownership is defined, and leadership feels steady.

  • Reduced administrative workload by 50%, restoring leadership capacity
  • Unlocked more than $200K in cost savings by redesigning remote operations
  • Delivered initiatives with a 98% on-time and on-budget execution rate

Where It Started

I wasn't always the loudest voice in the room, though I can get loud, but I was a steady one.

We all have an origin story, and mine began as a groom in an Arabian horse training barn. The lessons learned there prepared me for the professional world, where I moved from a print shop to running the Area Office for a rapidly growing franchise.

Along the way, I discovered a knack for noticing the tension in a workplace that most people ignore:

  • Missed handoffs
  • Unclear ownership
  • Smart people trapped inside antiquated systems that worked yesterday but not today

I became a strategic partner as we scaled from supporting 30 locations to more than 100. As complexity increased, I became the operational constant leaders relied on.

My work is about helping you remove your hero cape and stop fighting fires long enough to focus on your vision. Lean on me to design the processes that keep you free.

What I Do Now

I partner with small, founder-led companies to step in when the pain is becoming too much, and the work is suffering. I'm who you hire when you're ready to stop being the bottleneck, or when you're ready to get some of their time back for life.

Growth is happening, but so is strain, and that is where I bring an EOS-aligned structure grounded in clear vision, strong core values, right people in the right seats, defined accountability, and focused 90-day priorities.

Most of the businesses I serve share the same signals:

  • You remain the escalation point for everything.
  • Ownership is implied, not defined.
  • Projects stall midstream.
  • You're hiring faster than you're systemizing.

My approach is about installing operational safeguards that will last long after I've stepped back.

  • I translate vision into executable priorities.
  • I clarify roles, ownership, and decision rights.
  • I build systems that continue working when you step away.

You do not need more red tape.

  • You need clarity.
  • You need traction.
  • You need an operational partner who sees around corners and says the hard thing early.

Another Part of Me

Across operations, advocacy, and storytelling, there is one through-line: I build with heart.

Strong systems sustain companies. Strong hearts sustain lives.

Alongside my operations work, I host the Scaling With Heart podcast, where I explore execution strategy, behavioral insight, and sustainable growth for leaders who want discipline without burnout.

I was also a 2026 Woman of Impact nominee supporting the American Heart Association, because leadership extends beyond business performance.

If your vision is outpacing integration, I serve as your Fractional Chief of Staff and operational partner, building people-first systems that turn your vision and strategy into steady execution.

Scale with heart. Build what lasts.
