Fractional Chief of Staff Service Offerings

Systems & Workflow Design

Systems that create more work than they remove aren't systems. They're noise.

I design workflows and tools that support clarity and informed decision-making through lightweight dashboards that surface the KPIs that truly matter, are automated where it makes sense, and replace guesswork with data.

The result is less noise, more clarity, and systems aligned with how your business operates in reality rather than how a textbook says it should.

Founder-Led & Ready to Scale

Growth introduces complexity and can make execution feel uneven, or progress inconsistent despite clear priorities, or keep the founder rooted in escalation rather than vision.

That is where I step in.

I serve as a Fractional Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for small, founder-led businesses growing faster than their systems. My work involves more than acting as a sideline advisor.

I step in as a working partner inside the business through EOS-aligned (entrepreneurial operating systems) clarity, accountability, and execution discipline, so momentum compounds.

When leadership knows where the business is headed, but execution keeps slipping, I operate as an extension of the executive team.

Operations Stabilization & EOS Alignment

Operational tension rarely announces itself loudly. Most frequently, it shows up as rework, confusion, or recurring issues that never fully resolve.

I stabilize operations by eliminating ambiguity at its source. This could include clarifying ownership and decision rights, designing accountability structures that match reality, aligning teams around measurable scorecards, installing 90-day execution rhythms, and documenting essential processes people will actually follow.

The goal is not bureaucracy.

The goal is reliability, clear ownership, and predictable execution.

Project, Program & Change Leadership

Growth requires change. Change requires discipline.

Using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles, I have delivered initiatives with a 98% on-time and on-budget execution rate.

Projects don't fail because teams lack intelligence. They fail because alignment slips. I keep alignment visible, decisions documented, and accountability active...especially when pressure rises.

Scaling is not about adding complexity. Scaling is about adding structure. And structure, when built well, creates freedom.

If your vision is outpacing integration, let's talk about how I can help you build people-first systems that translate strategy into steady execution, accountability, and momentum.
